What personal data do we use and what do we use them for?
My Tavira Stay undertakes to treat only the personal data strictly necessary for each process:
Accommodation Bulletins – For procedure of sending to the SEF and INE Borders and Aliens Service
Direct Marketing – We will also need your contact information (e-mail and mobile phone number) so that we can send you information about our services. You may, at any time, withdraw the indication to receive this type of communications.
We only retain your personal data for the period strictly necessary to fulfill the above-identified objectives within the legal limits. Once the defined shelf life has expired, My Tavira Stay undertakes to delete, destroy or anonymize your personal data. Generally speaking, “My Tavira Stay” retains transaction data over a period of 10 years, the period being defined by law.
For Credit Card details, they will be destroyed shortly after checkout.
